"I get asked quite often about where to get whistle cases since I don't supply them with my whistles. I've seen nice looking handmade whistle pouches from a few makers over the years but never felt comfortable  recommending products that I didn't have personal experience with. When Tony told me about his plans to make handmade leather whistle pouches I was happy to hear that another craftsman was going to serve a market where there just aren't many options to choose from. I've tested his "The Ebony" cases in both 3/4 and 7/8 inch sizes for high D whistles, with and without the belt strap. These cases are made from a nice quality leather that provides much better protection than any thin vinyl case ever could.  And they look much nicer too!  The 3/4" size case is perfect for narrow bore whistles and the 7/8 inch size is large enough for any high D whistle. I have an extensive collection of high D whistles from various makers and the 7/8" size case works well with even the chunkiest models. I also love the belt strap option. If your case is attached to your belt you won't forget and leave it lying somewhere and potentially lose your whistle. You also won't stick it in your back pocket and sit on it which has been the death of many a whistle.
